3. Direct Moisture Meter (To determine the waterproofing quality of wet areas)

4. Voltage Pen (To determine the serviceability of various GPO)

In addition to the above we provide a recommendation for any repair required. We also inspect under the house (if on stumps), in the roof space and on top of the roof to ensure we've comprehensively inspected your home.
